Phenomenal cabin!
We stayed at Elk Camp and it exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in numerous cabins in Gatlinburg and this was by far the best one. The view was amazing. The furniture was so comfortable and inviting. Especially the downstairs couch! The game room checked all the boxes, the only thing missing was some board games. We had an issue with downstairs AC not working properly but that was taken care of within hours of calling it in on a holiday weekend. Excellent customer service! Will definitely stay with cloud 9 cabins again

We loved our stay at Cloud 9 cabins! The cabin was super clean, had so many amenities and was quiet and restful. Thank you for providing this busy northern va family with a lovely getaway!
