Swim Spa/Luxe Design/Views/GameRoom/Theater - Bear Bottom

For the 3rd year in a row, our annual couples trip was at Bear Bottom and it was perfection! The hosts are always responsive to questions both before and during our stay, even giving us updates on road conditions for our travels. We had an issue with the hot water and within an hour or so there was a plumber at the house resolving the problem on Super Bowl Sunday. I cannot recommend this house and these hosts highly enough! We are already booking again for next year! Huge thank you to Cloud 9 for giving us such a wonderful place to get away!

We loved this house! It was the perfect layout to accommodate all of our family and still have space to roam. The kiddos loved all of the gaming tables and especially the swim spa! We will be back again soon!

The house offered every amenity you could want. It was clean and the location was great. Not easy to find a rental with 6 bedrooms with king beds. Would highly recommend!

We always stay at Cloud 9 chalets when going to the Smokies. Our last stay at Bear Bottom, we needed the main fireplace pilot light relit. It was Friday night and the normal maintenance people’ were not available, but Grant, the owner, came over and took care of it. Thanks for the quick response, also nice meeting you and really enjoyed talking with you. We will continue to use Cloud 9 and look forward to your new properties.
