Swim Spa, Views, Gameroom/Theater, Luxe Design - Rabbit Run

Our group of friends has been traveling to Gatlinburg for the past 42 years to catch up and enjoy each others company in the splendor of these mountains. This is our 1st time renting through Cloud 9 and we have to say Rabbit Run is probably our favorite rental to date. The home had great space, was immaculately clean, comfortable and had many thoughtful amenities (loved the great smelling bath products, multiple throws/blankets on couches, well equipped kitchen and swim spa!). The staff responded quickly to a couple very minor issues and remedied them immediately and could not have been more pleasant. The only negative comment we have is related to their pricing strategy. Compared to the many other rental companies we have used, we found Cloud 9s dynamic pricing through a third party to be a bit bizarre. When viewing a specific property for our trip next year we saw the price increase more than $1000 over a 3 day time span for the same 2026 rental period (all 7 in our group viewed the property multiple times but I’m told this has no impact on the price). Because of this we came close to giving up and returning to a previously used rental company. However, I had someone else check the price after we returned home and was able to reserve this property for next year at a lower rate than I had found during my initial search. We truly are impressed with the Cloud 9 properties but this was definitely off-putting. In the end, I’m happy that we are returning to a quality property that meets all our needs. And to close on a positive note, they offer a 10% discount for returning customers which is much appreciated.

We loved this home! Every bedroom had its own bathroom, 2 bedrooms upstairs with a separate small room with a crib, 2 bedrooms on the main, 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor. The balconies had a beautiful view of the mountains and firepits. The hot tub was incredible, larger than normal, could fit 10-15 people comfortably. Anytime we had issues, they were quick to respond and fixed the issue the next day (ie. high chair wasn't working and they gave us a replacement the next day). It is fairly close to neighbors and a windy drive up but worth the view. Definitely would stay again!

Our stay at this cabin exceeded every expectation — the home was even more stunning than the photos! Every guest was blown away by how nice it was to have their own primary suite. The kitchen layout was perfect, especially with the two full-size refrigerators — ideal for group meals and entertaining. We even brought in a private chef one evening, and the kitchen and dining space couldn’t have been more accommodating. The swim spa was a highlight — we spent hours soaking and listening to the rain and thunder from the lower deck. It was peaceful, cozy, and unforgettable. The downstairs game room became our group’s favorite hangout spot, with its seamless flow between indoor comforts and the spacious outdoor deck — perfect for late-night games, great conversations, and lots of laughter. Cloud 9 Cabins was incredible to work with — extremely attentive and responsive throughout the process. We’re already planning our next adventure and will definitely be booking with them again. I truly can’t recommend this company enough!

This home was amazing from cleanliness to amenities to the occasional black bear visits. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Beautifully decorated and appointed home!

Great getaway with everything we needed! Host is responsive. We had a great time. Will be back!
